[12:04] Fawn Cobalt: Safe waters foundation (SWF) is a not-for-profit group supporting the development of harmony and safety for merfolk and aquatics of second life, we bring together designers, retailers, sims, merrow, mermen, mermaids, siren, aquatics and lovers of same.

This contest is open to all SL Residents who are older than 60 days. So, mers and aquatics, etc. are definitely welcome to apply.
